Ebony Ice Ski Club (EISC) is a Milwaukee-based, family oriented, non-profit organization founded in 1989 by a group of three African American skiers with the intent to promote skiing, fitness and other winter sports for youth and adults.
In addition, we hold non-sporting get-togethers throughout the year as well.
Ebony Ice Ski Club's mission is to expose, identify, select and finance the training of a potential Olympic-caliber minority youth and to promote skiing and snowboarding within African American communities. This goal is accomplished through fundraising and sponsorship.
Not a skier? No problem. We can help you learn or you're also welcome to participate with our club in any of our year-round social events, such as, "Jazz in the Park," Holiday Gala, Baseball, UNCF Walk/Run, Networking,Community Service, and many other Youth, Family & Adult Events.
Due to COVID-19, Ebony Ice Ski Club membership will not attend the summit. NBS will make a go no-go decision on whether there will be a summit by September 2020.
